Corporate Compliance Management

Ongoing regulatory compliance is one of the most critical and often overlooked responsibilities of running a company in India. The Companies Act 2013 imposes a continuous obligation on companies to maintain statutory records, file periodic returns, hold board and shareholder meetings in accordance with prescribed procedures, and report material events to the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Failure to comply attracts heavy penalties, prosecution, and in extreme cases, striking off the company from the register.

PDA Corporate Solutions offers a managed compliance service that takes the burden of secretarial compliance entirely off your management's shoulders. Our team of qualified Company Secretaries (CS) and corporate law experts manages your entire compliance calendar, ensures timely filings, and maintains your statutory registers with precision.

Our compliance management service is structured as an annual retainer, providing companies with a dedicated compliance partner who understands their business and proactively alerts them to upcoming obligations and regulatory changes. We serve companies across all size categories — from newly incorporated startups to large listed corporations with complex governance requirements.

What happens if ROC filings are delayed?

Do Small Companies have reduced compliance requirements?
Yes, under the Companies Act 2013, Small Companies (paid-up capital up to Rs. 2 crore and turnover up to Rs. 20 crore) have simplified compliance requirements including Form MGT-7A annual return and board meeting quorum relaxations.
Is a Board meeting required every month?
